Although the 2020 edition of the Business Sustainability Risk and Performance Index has been published, we continue to make available this previous edition from 2019 which contains deep-dive insights on criteria in our Labor and Human Rights theme on discrimination, harassment and diversity. You will find statistics on the diversity and inclusion policies and measures in place among rated companies in global supply chains. These issues resurfaced in 2020, and continue to have a significant impact on a company’s reputation and, as a result, its bottom line, and we would expect companies to be revising their policies to make sure these areas are well addressed.
